One of the things I've been striving to do for awhile is to cook most weeknights and save our "out to eat" days for the weekends! It's a bit more difficult for me because the majority of the time Dillon and I are either on a fairly strict diet or we aren't--which means we usually want serious junk food. It's also a bit difficult, because (as much as I LOVE him) he is a bit of a picky eater....SO, with that said it has been an important task to start our weekly menu! What is on the list is what we are having. Period. The great thing about this dry erase board is that you can switch the meals around and your not stuck having Tacos on Tuesday...when you kinda feel like Tacos on Monday instead!! Here are some recent family menus....they are $29 and come with a magnet, dry erase marker and holder. Shoot me an email and I'll get an invoice over to you!

Tuesday: Pot Roast with veggies and corn bread
Wednesday: Beef Stew(with left over Pot Roast) and Grilled Cheese sandwiches
Thursday: Cheeze-It Chicken, Butter Noodles & Sauteed Zucchinni
Friday: Hawaiin Crock Pot Chicken & Rice with Edamame
