How to Order
Browse our card selection and choose your design. **Please note that fonts are subject to change based on what looks best for your information provided in customization** If you don't see what you are looking for, send us an email and we will custom design for you! You will receive a proof via e-mail for your review. Let us know what you think – any changes, modifications can be made. We'll keep working until you ‘love it’!
Baby Announcements
Send an email to Oinkdesignstudio@yahoo.com. Please include your name, your email address, the design you want (or specify what you are looking for), any customization details/photos you'd like.
Pricing
All digital files are $17. For postcards, the back will print in a solid color that coordinates with your order, you may add 1 additional photo and/or a personal message at no additional charge. If you would like a full design back, the cost is an additional $10.
Communication
O.Ink ONLY communicates via Email. When O.Ink is ready to begin your designs, there will be quite a few emails back and forth between us, so please check your email regularly. This will help the designing process move quicker. Working business days are usually Mon-Fri. Working business hours vary from day to day (I am a busy wife and mother too!). O.Ink does not work on weekends or holidays. When you place a new order, we will respond within a few business days, but most often on the day your order is received. On occasion you may receive design proofs or emails regarding your design after regular business hours, but please do not expect this.
Payment via Paypal
When O.Ink is ready to begin your designs we will send you an invoice via Paypal. We no longer accept personal checks or cash. Payment must be made in full prior to designing and printing. Once you have submitted your payment you are agreeing to all of O.Ink design terms. Excessive Revisions from the client will be charged an additional fee of $25 per hour. O.Ink will inform you if and when you are reaching the point of excessive revisions. Refunds will not be issued for any reason. If there is a problem on a print order, please notify us immediately so we can resolve with our printer.
Digital Files and Photography Rights
It is the responsibility of the client to obtain copyrights and permission to use any photos or graphics that you provide to O.Ink for your designs. Please make sure you have obtained permission and copyrights of any photos or graphics before submitting them to O.Ink. O.Ink will not be held responsible for those photos or graphics.
Portfolio.
O.Ink reserves the right to display all finished designs on our site for promotion and advertisement purposes. We will give photography credit to those photographers we work with for our samples, we encourage you to have photos taken with one of our preferred photographers.
